Mom

I just needed to take a minute to fill you in on my life. I work at America First Credit Union as a teller. I love it but some days are just long. My whole life seems like all I do is go to school/church, go to work/do homework, go to sleep. I feel like it's almost impossible for me to find any time to do anything!! But I know that's not true!

A wonderful person named Allen Laken said this, "There is no such thing as lack of time. We all have plenty of time to do everything we really want to." I liked that, it was kind of a wake up call to me to see what  I am doing with my life.

My mom is one person that has taught me this lesson, but she goes beyond even this! She finds time to do everything she doesn't want to.

Right now I am so busy with everything that I haven't found the will to focus on getting things in for college. Right now she is helping me. She asked me all this random information the other day and I told it to her later to find that she has filled out some scholarship applications for me! And She is helping me run for Ambassador at USU. She is the most amazing person I have ever met! I love her so much! I don't know what I'll do later this year if I end up going far away for school in the fall! I won't have anyone to help bail me out!!

I love my family!!

As promised, here is the wall of men!! A few months ago I had some really rough weeks right in a row, which included having a big fight with my best friend. Having to deal with a teacher that is the biggest pain in the but I have ever met. Oh and the guy that I had liked for about 5 months was just getting ready to leave on a mission.

One of my good friends, Kelsie, got the idea of how to make my day a little bit brighter and just to help me laugh.

Walking out of my concurrent enrollment class barely surviving another, "You aren't good enough" lecture I walked over and opened my locker. I was seriously contemplating crawling into my locker and shutting the door for the rest of the day. But much to my astonishment I was encountered with the faces of Joe Jonas, Jake Gyllenhall, Johnny Depp, Orlando Bloom, Sean Farris, and quite a few really good looking models!

Needless to say she made my whole week. They are still hanging up in my locker and have been accompanied with a few more guys over the days. All with my little brother sitting wonderfully in the middle of it! :) I have had a pretty good laugh every time I open my locker door.

Thank heavens for good friends who know how to make you smile when you need it.

Hello!

Hello there :)

My name is Taylor. I am just another blogger. I really don't feel like I have anything important to say, but then again you don't know what you have to say until you say it right? I am a senior in high school this year, and kind of crazy. I just love life and all of the adventures it brings.

I love History and English. I have a fabulous family which I am sure I will post about more often then not, but you don't mind right?

I am the second oldest of four kids. My older sister is graduating from college this December, she happens to me my hero. My little brother is a swimmer and so cool to me! I have never seen a kid so dedicated to something as him. My little sister is in middle school and just as crazy as I am. She is one of my best friends and someone that I confide everything in.

So as you can tell by the title of this blog, I'm going to tell you pretty much everything that I think about life. I will probably cover everything from work, and boys to school and family. So lets begin.

In just under a month it is our sweethearts dance, which is girls choice, at school. Let me tell you, girls bug me. (Even though I am one.) They started asking at the end of December! Well at least the guy that I wanted to ask hadn't been asked yet!

I asked him like this: I found a bible at a dollar store and highlighted Genesis 2:18 which says "And it is not good that a man should be alone." and wrote him a note that said "So, will you go to the dance with me?"

My friend and I dropped it off at his house, she ran it to the door and I readied the car for a quick get away. After she rang the doorbell she took off running down the steps tripped over the snowbank and finally made it into the car. I then floored the gas pedal and to my dismay, nothing happened!!! We were stuck in the wet snowbank!!! Luckily we got away just as he was opening the door.

Then the next day at lunch I opened my locker (which has a "wall of men" in it...I'll fill you in on that later) to see that bible sitting there. I pick it up and inside find a note, it had three scripture references on it talking about the light of the world. Then he had found a scripture that had "ye shall" right next to each other and he highlighted the y-e-s. Then there was another note that said "To you, one of the lights that light up my life"

Cute huh!!! :) :) Needless to say I basically melted to the floor, what can I say? I'm a sucker for cheesy things! :)
